Consent to Personal Data Processing
1. I (hereinafter referred to as the "User"), by filling out the online application fields on the pages of the bankrot57.ru website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), submitting a service request, subscribing to a newsletter, or in any other section or interaction, hereby of my own free will and in my own interest, and confirming my legal capacity, express consent to the processing of my personal data for the purposes of:
- Providing consulting services on personal bankruptcy matters;
List of personal data to the processing of which the User consents:
- Name;
- Phone number;
- User data (location details, OS type and version, browser type and version, device type and screen resolution; traffic source - from which website or advertisement; OS and browser language; which pages I open and which buttons I click; IP address)
- Additional information at my discretion provided when filling out the form on the Site.
2. The User consents to the following methods of personal data processing: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), anonymization, extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), including cross-border transfer, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
3. The User confirms that the specified personal data belongs personally to the User and that the User has carefully and fully read this Consent and the terms of personal data processing contained herein. The User acknowledges and confirms that all provisions of this Consent and the conditions for processing their personal data are clear to them. The User gives consent to the processing of personal data provided for registering the User on the Site, obtaining access to the Site and its additional functionality, and for other purposes specified in this Consent. Thus, the User gives consent to perform the actions provided for in clause 3 of part 1 of Art. 3 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", and confirms that in giving such consent, they act freely, of their own will, and in their own interest.
4. It is explained to the User that upon withdrawal of this Consent by the User, the Operator (or a sub-operator authorized by it) has the right to continue processing the User's personal data in cases provided for by Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data".
5. The User's consent to personal data processing is specific, informed, and conscious.
6. This Consent is valid until the goals of personal data processing are achieved. This Consent may be revoked by the User at any time with mandatory written notification.
7. Withdrawal of Consent to personal data processing can be carried out by sending a corresponding instruction in simple written form to the email address expert@bankrot57.ru
8. The Site is not responsible for the use (both lawful and unlawful) by third parties of information posted by the User on the Site, including its reproduction and distribution carried out by all possible means.
9. The Site reserves the right to make changes to the form of this Consent. When changes are made, the date of the last update is indicated in the current version. The new version of the Consent comes into force from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Consent.
10. The substantive and procedural law of the Russian Federation applies to this Consent and to the relations between the User and the Operator — Administration of the bankrot57.ru website arising in connection with the application of the Consent.
